I am in the sixth grade and I am 12 years old. I live in Arizona with my mom, dad, two brothers, seven tortoises and dog Woody. I have a great family and we have a lot of fun together. Activities I do include playing the saxophone, dance and sports. I love the desert and I love to go boating with my family. My favorite foods are pizza, Mexican food and salad. I enjoy listening to the radio and being with my friends. My favorite subjects in school are math and language arts. I know that I want to go to college but I don't know what career I want yet.
I think it's fun to play Mallory because it's a character change for me. Mallory is the oldest of 7 brothers and sisters. In my family, I'm the youngest. Mallory and I have writing in common. I especially like to write poetry. All of the other girls are very nice and Melanie Mayron, our director, is great. I wanted to be in this movie because I knew that I would get to meet lots of girls and act.
I began acting for television and have worked on "Hey Dude" on Nickelodeon and "Young Riders." In the movie "The Quick and the Dead," I played Sharon Stone as a little girl. I was also in the movie "Tank Girl"; I played a girl named Sam. Lori Petty was Tank Girl and I was her sidekick. It was really fun. I also enjoy acting on the stage and have done local theater. The plays I have done include "Annie," "Jesus Christ Superstar," "The Wizard of Oz" and "Gypsy."
Besides hanging out with friends, I like going to the movies, reading books, collecting candles, frogs, and teddy bears. I love to dance, write and draw.
I liked meeting all of the people involved with "THE BABY-SITTERS CLUB." I liked working with Melanie. I thought that it was cool to have a woman director who is also an actress. The girls had a lot of fun because we're all relatively close in age and the topics of the movie are about kids. The best part of the movie was becoming friends with the other girls.
