* PETER HORTON *
(PATRICK)

----- In addition to his memorable role on the TV series "thirtysomething," PETER HORTON (Patrick) has appeared in numerous feature films as well as making the leap to feature film director with 1995's Universal release "The Cure."

----- Born in Bellevue, Washington, Horton earned his degree in music composition at UC Berkeley. While auditioning to be the pianist for the Santa Barbara Repertory Company, he was cast in the Los Angeles a production of "Butterflies Are Free." A subsequent role on the TV series "The White Shadow" followed, as well as numerous appearances in such feature films as "Fade to Black," "Serial," "Split Image," "Where the River Runs Black," "Sideout," "Children of the Corn," and, more recently, "Singles."

----- Horton made his directing debut with the ABC Afterschool Special "One Too Many," which starred Michelle Pfeiffer, Val Kilmer and Mare Winningham, and aired during prime time. Then Horton directed a segment in the anthology film "Amazon Women on the Moon," in which he also played a small part. His work both in front of and behind the camera on the critically-acclaimed ABC-TV series "thirtysomething" led to additional directing assignments, including the telefilm "Extreme Close-Up," and the pilots for the television series "Class of '96" and "Birdland."
