Officer Rick Marcus has undergone a remarkable transformation.  It appears as
if he has developed the power to telekinitically move objects with his mind. 
It's still unknown what has caused this, but as of this moment he can not
control it.  It appears to react when he is undergoing undue stress.  It has
just come apparent that Rick's biological parents do exsist, and his mother did
show psycic abilities before her death.  This might be the cause for this
latent ability.  We will continue to look into his condition.
