Welcome to the Calvin & Hobbes Gallery!

Calvin , cheeky, hyperactive and mischievous, and Hobbes , his toy tiger who, as far as Calvin is concerned, is very much alive and kicking, are two of the most lovable and hilarious characters to grace the comic strip in years.

The Calvin & Hobbes Gallery contains the following sections:

----------------------------------------

What's new!

This section will give you information on new items and pictures in the Gallery.

----------------------------------------

Maintainer Notes

* Please be aware that I'm not the authors of Calvin and Hobbes comics! And I don't have a direct line to Bill either.
Please read this Copyright and Calvin & Hobbes Book List note before going any further.*

New items section

A lot of people ask me for other Calvin & Hobbes items, like t-shirts, coffee cups, lunchboxes etc., etc. Now I know there are some items out there (all illegal, 'cause Bill and the Publisher stated clearly they want Calvin & Hobbes to only live on paper, see the Copyright note).
Why not show off what you got ?
Please send me a digitized photo of the Calvin & Hobbes items you own, or have seen. I'll compile it and include it in the Gallery (of course with the proper reference).
This is your chance for fame!

Bill's Leave of Absence

Good News !. It seems Bill has ended his leave of absence. To prove this, look at some very recent newspaper clippings (color, black&white). I got from Young Park (thanks). Pay attention to the copyright date and no. of the strip !

Weekly Comic Scan

A lot of people ask me (some even urge me) to include a scan of the weekly Calvin & Hobbes cartoon in the Gallery. I'm sorry to say that this is impossible for me. Here in the Netherlands there's only one newspaper featuring Calvin & Hobbes, and in a very bad translation (if I may say), calling it Casper & Hobbes. Doesn't make much sense scanning THAT in (and having the paper just for that cartoon, as a matter of fact). Hope this explains why I can't feature a weekly C & H comic.

Best of the Web '95

If you like this site, why not vote for it in the upcoming Best of the Web '95 election ?!
