I'd like to put together a bibliography, perhaps, as well as whatever information people already have distributed on the Net. I've made a small start below.
The listings are now hopefully somewhat complete--meaning that they represent some sizeable fraction of the recipes actually out there on the Net. It's also in a bit of a state of flux, meaning that I have to find new organizational principles to keep all this stuff readily accessible. More updates to come.
