In 1995, the construction of the
Musée d'Art Contemporain, a Conference Center (forum, auditorium,
lecture hall), four office pavilions, and parking facilities. In 1996, an international hotel, four office pavilions, a 14-screen
cinema complex and a 10-hectare park.
