Third Party Fonts

Third party PostScript fonts can be used with NewTek software provided that for:

CG - PostScript Type One is used following the Adobe Standard, for MS-DOS.

3D - Postscript Type Three is used also following the Adobe Standard, for MS-DOS.

There are many third party fonts that can be used directly, but for those that do not seem to work, usually just loading the font into Typesmith or some other font creation program which is known to produce compatible fonts for NewTek software, and then saving out the character set again, will correct any problem and render the font usable.
