Problem: Audio Drive Cannot Reliably Play Two Audio Clips at a Time
This problem occurs if audio drive does not perform at a level that allows two clips to play simultaneously, or cannot play two clips plus
a split edit simultaneously.
When this is the case, you may need to consider either replacing the drive with a drive which offers higher performance, or adding a
second Audio drive. Refer to the Audio Drive Requirements section for performance requirements.
To add a second audio drive:
Set the SCSI ID on the new drive to a number that does not conflict with another SCSI device on
the C chain, set Termination off if the drive is not the last device on the chain, and if the drive is to
be terminated, set termination power (if the option is provided your drive) to come from the drive only, not
the SCSI host.
Each chain has a limit of seven devices on any SCSI chain.
