Gateway Solo^TM EZ-Pad^TM Pointer Moves Without Finger Movement

Issue: The Gateway Solo EZ-pad mouse has erratic movements under Windows^® 95 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11. When a user places a finger on the pad, the mouse pointer moves from side to side without any finger movement.

Resolution: This issue has been resolved by the newer Intellipoint Mouse Driver, version 1.10 (part number SWRDSX023AAWW). Please contact Technical Support to acquire these drivers.
