How to Install the Adaptec^® 2940 Ultra Controller in Windows^® 95

Issue: The system is unable to install the Adaptec 2940 Ultra controller (part number CTRSCS003ACWW) in Windows 95. Other symptoms are the SCSI controller shows up in Device Manager as a PCI SCSI BUS controller or the SCSI CD-ROM will not be recognized in Windows 95.

Resolution: This controller must be loaded with the drivers from the Adaptec 7800 Family Manager Set Version 1.20.
