MetaForm Fails, Object is subdivided only

Problem: On attempt to do a MetaForm operation, the target object is subdivided into smaller quadrangles, but the shape of the object is not changed.

This will happen if the user is attempting to MetaForm an object which is made of double-sided polygons. Metaform will only work properly on objects made with single-sided polygons. The Options button on the Objects menu has the control for choosing to create objects using single-sided or double-sided polygons.
