Dynamic Link Library MSVCRT20.DLL is missing

Problem: Attempt to MIPS 4.0 Lightwave, get error "The dynamic link library MSVCRT20.dll could not be found".

We have the file in our Lightwave file area, in Uploads and Downloads. The Microsoft Installer expects the file on a MIPS machine running NT, but we are getting major numbers of reports that it is not present. It was present on the MIPS we had here, so we've placed it for download.
