Pointer Disappears Over Modeler Quad View

Problem: In Modeler, the pointer is visible when over the menu bars, but disappears over the quad view area.

This has been observed at NewTek, on some InterGraph machines running Windows 95. The workaround was to set the motion settings in the Control Panel Mouse Properties to Show Pointer Trails. If you move the control slider all the way to "short", trailing is not noticeable, but the mouse will remain visible in the Quad View.
