Well, as you may know the Gateway'97 show was an excellent show. Apparently we were we the biggest booth there.. but I'm not one to blow my own horn :)
We don't have much to blow out after the show since we sold most of our stuff while we were there. We want to thank everyone that came to the show personally for coming out and seeing what's happening in the Amiga community.
Orders are moving out faster now. I've made several improvements to the way they are handled internally, and customers can now look up their order status on-line just by typing there order number into a form on the web-site.
If it's in stock, it's paid for (Visa or COD), and it's placed before 3pm, your order will be shipped the same day (usually :)
Please folks, use the orderform for placing your orders. As soon as you click on the SUBMIT button a copy gets sent to me (Greg), input into our database, archived in a directory and printed out on the printer in the middle of the store. So no matter what, we are going to see your order. It's more convienent for you to use (even available at 3am! :) and we also have the CORRECT information on what you need.
Anyone else watch Traders? Damn fine Canadian television.
Did I mention we wanted Amiga 2000's? Lots of them? Let us know if you have one machine or several for sale.
The POWERUP Cards from Phase5 are still on schedule for end of April.
A new used-software list will come out next week.
We did have problems with our DNS earlier this week. There was some miscommunication between InterNIC and our ISP. This has since been fixed. So any mail that may have been sent between Wednesday the 26th and Friday the 28th may not have actually made it here.
OH LOOK! As you may or may not have heard by now, the Amiga is in the final stages of being bought by none other than GATEWAY 2000. Gateway is the company that takes out 10 page ads in magazines like PC Week, PC Magazine, Byte etc.. Finally, something is happening on the Amiga.
