LOADWB starts the Workbench. Normally, this is in the Startup-sequence file that starts Workbenh when booting. If you close the Workbench, and still havve a shell open you can restart the Workbench by typing LOADWB.
The -DEBUG option makes a special developer menu, Debug, available in the Workbench title bar. If the DELAY option is set, LOADWB waits three seconds before executing to allow disk activity to stop. The CLEANUP option automatically performs a cleanup of the inital window.
