No Sound or Sound From Only One Speaker with Toshiba CD-ROM Audio Cable

Issue: The system does not have sound from the speakers or sound from only one speaker. The components related to this issue are CDRSCS003AAWW, CDRSCS003ABWW, and SNDCBL006AAWW.

Resolution: Check the cable connection for the audio cable on the back of the CD-ROM. The white wire should be next to the data cable connection, the red wire in the middle, and the black wire towards the outside of the CD-ROM. If these wires are backwards, turn them around. If this doesn't help, a replacement audio cable (SNDCBL006AAWW) may be necessary. Contact the technical support department for assistance
