Video Disappears after Upgrade from P4D to P5 Motherboard

Issue: The system does not receive video when upgrading to a slightly larger P5 motherboard from the smaller P4D motherboard.
Resolution: This happens if the second from the front right standoff on the BAT2 or 94 tower cases is not moved further to the right. Move the brass standoff to the proper position just to the right of where it was previously installed.
Note: The brass standoff as installed for a P4D motherboard is located directly beneath the SIMM banks on the P5 motherboard.
