Issue: The ColorBook 486-25SX, 486-33SX, and 486-33DX BIOS did not include support for hard drives larger than 1023 cylinders.

Resolution: The BIOS 2209-83 (filename CBSX84.EXE) on the Gateway 2000^® FTP site will extend the ability of the BIOS to handle larger drives. This BIOS is now supported for these systems listed above only.
