Issue: When the line DEVICE=C:\LSP\SMARTLSP.EXE tries to load in the CONFIG.SYS, the Colorbook will lock. This works fine with BIOS 48 but fails with BIOS 51.

Resolution:

• If BIOS 48 is in use, load DEVICE=C:\SMARTLSP.EXE in the CONFIG.SYS
• If the BIOS is greater than 48 and/or equal to BIOS 53, load the file DEVICE=C:\SMARTLSP.EXE in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file under the line MODE LPT1=COM1
