Issue: In Windows 95, there have been reports of TranXit 1.03.007 having problems holding a connection during file transfers. When using either infrared or a serial cable connection, customers have been experiencing random connection time-outs. The error given is Remote computer is not responding. The errors seem to happen quite randomly, and standard troubleshooting techniques are ineffective.

Resolution: Replace the TranXit version 1.03.007 with the updated version 2.01.03, part number SWROPX012ACUS. This update resolves the issue.
