Password may not be Recognized in Remote Access Using Faxworks

Issue: When attempting to use the remote access features of FaxWorks, you will press the * key and insert your password. The password may or may not be recognized by FaxWorks even though it is typed correctly.
Resolution: This issue is related to the DTMF response of the modem. The password must be typed in slower if this difficulty is encountered.
