Issue: The wireless keyboard types random characters on the Destination^TM Big Screen PC system.

Resolution: Reset the receiver, keyboard, and mouse by following the steps below.

1. Take the battery cover off of the mouse and keyboard.
2. Look at the dip switch settings on the bottom of the RF receiver.
3. Check the dip switch settings on the mouse and keyboard making sure that they are the same as the RF receiver.
4. Press the reset button on the RF receiver first, and within fifteen (15) seconds press the reset button on the mouse and keyboard. Push both even if it is only the mouse or keyboard not working properly.
5. If it does not work the first time, try again.
6. If that does not work, reboot the system and repeat the steps again.
