SmartTV Application Will Not Open, MMSYSTEM 226 Error

Issue: The SmartTV application will not open, and the error message MMSYSTEM 226 ERROR occurs.
Resolution: Reinstall the video drivers. In the Sound, Video, and Game Controllers area in Device Manager, the video card installs two devices: PCI Multimedia Adapter and Video Capture. If one or both of these is missing, the software will not function and produce the above error.
