Gateway Gold Service and Support includes 24-hour, seven days a week telephone technical support; one-year on-site service agreement, three-year limited warranty; and next-business-day parts and replacement service depending on parts availability.

Many Gateway 2000 products are custom engineered by our suppliers to Gateway 2000 specifications, and may vary with similarly marketed products.
