If you're using a previous version of Internet Explorer, click Open File to automatically upgrade your existing version. If you're using a different browser, create a temporary folder on your hard drive, and then save the file in it.
Double-click the downloaded file to extract the program files and set up Internet Explorer.
The program does the rest for you.
