| The upgrade for the TelePath 33.6 Data/14.4 Fax Modem for Windows to x2 Technology is currently in the
final phase of testing to ensure the product is a solid x2 upgrade solution for Gateway 2000 customers.
We anticipate the upgrade will be available in the early to mid July time frame. Please note, the Windows
modem is the only modem that will be upgradable to x2 Technology. If you are a Gateway 2000 customer who
