[There was a strong reaction to Mr. Chandley's letter about poor Scala
customer support. This is one of the more straightforward letters.

With regards to B. Chandley's note in AR310 about obtaining information
about Scala, a person with AMosaic can go to Scala's new Web page (though
the actual server is really run by Hyperion).
John Chang is always available in comp.sys.amiga.multimedia, and has a
CompuServe userid.
